We are so grateful to Charm & Grace for their professional, generous, and magical appearance at our daughter’s 5th birthday. Leading up to the day, our daughter got nervous about her favourite princess and queen arriving at her party. Hannah went above and beyond to problem solve and provide some reassurance in advance of the party. On the big day, the princess and queen entertained the children at the party beautifully, each feeling the magic of their heroes appearing. With my hesitant daughter, they gave her space and eventually some special attention to make her more comfortable. They respected her boundaries while still making the day special for the guests. While it wasn’t the reaction we were hoping for, these professionals managed the situation with grace and charm in spades. We will not hesitate to have them back in the future (when our daughter is ready!)

We hired Charm & Grace Princess Parties for my 6-year-old daughter’s party and they were absolutely fantastic! The entire party just loved [the Fashion Doll] and kept hugging her so she wouldn’t leave at the end.

What a magical experience! We had [the Magic Carpet Princess] drop in on her magic carpet for our daughter's birthday and I've never had a room full of girls be as mesmerized and quiet as today. The process of booking was flawless and everything leading up to the big day went off without a fluke. 

[The Magic Carget Princess] was beautiful and presented herself in such a graceful manner. The girls loved her story time, songs, games and tattoos. Everyone was smiling ear to ear, especially my daughter who said it was her best birthday yet.

Hannah arrived right on time and was fully prepared in full costume and with all her required supplies. She was wonderful with the kids! The spider hero came to my son’s 6th birthday and he was amazing with the kids. My son loved every minute of it - he showed the kids how to jump super high, web-shooting techniques and read to them!
